1. Who runs the gulch

These terms govern your use of pangoldgulch.com ("Pan Gold Gulch", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of pangoldgulch.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come into the gulch

You may use Pan Gold Gulch only if you are 19 or over; using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. Gulch gold is virtual

  • Every game runs on virtual coins that we hand out free of charge.
  • Gulch coins hold no monetary value; they are neither money nor credit nor property.
  • Coins can never be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the gulch has no in-app purchases.
  • Jubal offers no prize with real-world value.
  • The store may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling in the gulch

Real-money gambling is not offered or promoted by Pan Gold Gulch, and no link here leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your account on the slate

  • Skillet Street and Gristmill Spill, the two worlds beyond Violet Adit, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
  • Your password is yours alone to know. If anybody else has used your account, tell us straight away.
  • Your account page lets you delete the account whenever you choose. It goes at once and cannot be brought back.
  • Accounts used to disrupt the gulch, or held (we believe) by someone under 19, may be suspended.
  • Coins, levels and missions sit with the account; they are not your property, and they may be reset.

6. Fair conduct in the gulch

You must not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer coins for trade, or allow anybody under 19 to use it.

7. When the trams stop, and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Any malfunction makes all plays and pays void. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay exactly as they are.

8. Which laws govern the gulch

The law of the Province of Ontario, along with Canada’s federal laws as applied in Ontario, governs these terms.
